1/23/2024 0 Comments Prime time shuttle contact numberThey received a call that same morning that their shuttle had a breakdown and they would NOT be getting their scheduled ride. A group at our hotel also booked with this company. I was told early in my trip planning to reserve a ride with Super Shuttle instead of depending on the unreliability of Uber availability. pick up to go to the Dallas Love Field airport. My super shuttle never arrived for our 6:00 a.m. I would be very hesitant to use super shuttle/primetime shuttle after this experience because I do not trust that their system works. We got the same one for pick up and drop off and she was delightful. The only wonderful thing about the experience was our driver. I used super shuttle for years and absolutely loved the company so it is a shame to see what it has become. In addition, the app does not work correctly, you are not able to easily track your drivers location or contact them. We spent another hour on hold again trying to get to a person and when we finally did we were told that our change had been confirmed and that because we had originally booked through super shuttle that is why we received the incorrect confirmation email. When we finally got to a person to update our pick up time, the next day we received a notification email confirming the old time. Their two systems do not sync up correctly, which is why we kept getting transferred back-and-forth between people. Primetime shuttle chose to keep the super shuttle website/app as it was so popular, but when you make a reservation through super shuttle it is transferred to primetime shuttle. We kept getting transferred to different phone numbers and discovered that super shuttle closed during the pandemic and was recently purchased by primetime shuttle last year. We had to make a change to our pick up time and the process was extremely difficult. This company should not be in business.Super Shuttle was purchased by Prime Time Shuttle last year I filed a claim and was told that the claim was denied and that it was "unfortunate that my suitcase was damaged while using their services" - (their exact words)!They didn't even deserve a one. It tore the wheel thru it's casing and it landed in the street. The worst was when we arrived and he literally threw my almost new suitcase across the sidewalk. His vehicle was in terrible condition.we were not able to sit in one of the seats because it was broken and slid on its tracks every time he applied the brakes. When he passed an intersection where he should have turned, he yelled "why didn't you tell me to turn". We used them in January, 2020.We had a bad experience going AND coming.Both drivers were RUDE and very clearly were not happy with their jobs.The driver who picked us up at the cruise terminal was over an hour late and then proceeded to ask US for directions to get to our destination. Its now 1am and no one available to answer a phone or to help! called a Lyft and we got picked up in a very nice Escalade within 5 mins DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR FAMILY SAFETY WITH THIS COMPANY! Then after 1 hr wait, we waited simply because my CC had already been charged the full fare we got a message that driver had cancelled and sorry no other drivers available tonight. Received a contact phone # you could call but person answered asking "whats my application"? These are the only words this person could speak in English and kept asking until she said "I don't under stand" and hung up. After a few minutes got another text message driver on the way in 4 mins BUT then they never came. then got notice the driver was on the way and would be a 1 hr or more. Had a confirmed pick up scheduled for Ontario airport and when we arrived the app instructed us to select ready for pickup. Had a confirmed pick up scheduled for airport pick up…
